Instead of accepting the fact the the your girl is nuts, most guys spend their time rationalising the behaviour of the crazy woman they are dating because they just assume “she’s difficult” or ”opinionated” or has an “adorable tendency to be a raging cow.”

Last night I was in the bar with some friends, bunch of drinks, some pool and Football after work Can't go wrong right. Well not for one friend of mine and his psycho girlfriend. The girls is so psycho that, he had to lie he was at home via text when she asked where he was. We got home around midnight to this girl in her pyjmas crying in my friend's dads arms. This is not the first time that has happened, its a constant thing. This girl goes as far as reading and scanning his YouTube comments. WTF!

Who does that?? Apparently its actually quite common. It turns out I've been blessed having never met any psycho chick yet "touch wood".

Some of the bizarre stuff I've heard;

a guy wanted to break up with his girlfriend. An argument broke out and the girl splashed hot water on his jewels. #ouch

and most common ones, Prank calls, emails and text messages

A woman drugged her man and cut off her husband’s ding dong and fed it to her DUCKS!- this reminds me of Royce Da 5'9 - A part of me Song (video below).

Research shows most of the time, these psycho traits come up as a result of Low Self Esteem, the idiot from a previous relationship, Lack of Good Loving, Lil Devils etc and well some are just born psychos. So "you know who you are :)" a little advice, GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE!! and to any reader, if your girl is showing psycho traits, don't wait for her to develop into a total nut job, help where you can but Get the hell out!!

Happy New Year! It's my first post of the year. Hope y'all had good and brilliant holidays. It's been a crazy start to the year. Straight to work from day One. Oh yeah, I got a new job too. I suppose that is good news, its just going to be a trip handling Addixx and that too seeing as job means I'm on lockdown and can't travel, but sure God will see me through.

Anyway so a new online magazine launches this year called New Sudan Woman (google it) one of their associates sent me this;

Need a few answers for the mag. And is it cool to quote you. Name and age. What do you think of black on black relationships, do you prefer them to inter racial relationships? What do you think of inter racial relationships?

So here goes...
I think all relationships are great regardless of race, I have been lucky enough to exercise my right to variety :). Black on black relationships are cool as are inter-racial (IR) ones, then again there is the stereotyping of black girls "drama" but really and truly all girls are drama in opinion.

Am in an IR (religion, race, language, etc - I got the whole package lol) presently and it was not a matter of preference to be honest it just happened. I never set out to date a chick of another race. The thing though is cultural differences and language barriers and you feel them the most when you among your peeps or her peeps. And from a guy who is pretty cultural and conservative I know what am on about.
To be fair, you would get the same thing in Black-on-Black too if y'all from different backgrounds only thing is most black particularly African backgrounds have similar values and upbringing.

So once again, all relationships are cool regardless of race. But its far more comfortable when both parties understand each others cultural backgrounds & language barrier.

Will Sessions emerged as a producer alias of trumpeter Sam Beaubien. After sharpening his keyboard skills and learning writing and arrangement from the accomplished David Van De Pitte (who arranged for countless Motown recordings including Marvin Gaye’s album What’s Going On) at Wayne State University, he decided to start a band. With classmates Tim Shellaberger (bass) and Bryan Arnold (drums) along with recruits Ryan Gimpert (guitar) and Eric Kacir (Percussion), the band was complete. They helped to develop a nascent monthly funk music party called Motor City Funk Night, and three years later, the party has grown into one of the sta- ples of the Detroit scene, and Will Sessions were playing in front of crowds of up to 3000 people.

Elmatic had been initially planned and announced in 2008 as a tribute to the historic 1994 album Illmatic by Nas, but it wasn’t until early 2011 that Elzhi and his manager Jae Barber agreed that it would be best to recreate all of the beats from scratch–and there was clearly nobody who could do it better than producer Sam Beaubien and Will Sessions. Since it’s widely considered to be the holy grail of hip hop recordings, the prospect of du- plicating the music from Illmatic was daunting. By using the original sam- ple sources of the album’s tracks as a foundation, producer Beaubien and the band members managed to recreate both the sound and the mood of the classic album with stunning precision on Elmatic, exceeding lofty expectations set by loyal fans and skeptical critics alike.

I was too young to appreciate Illmatic but without doubt Elmatic is arguably one of the Best Mixtapes of 2011. Had to wait a while for it but totally worth it. After messing up a lot with little chance of a good grade, The first ten seconds of "The World is Yours" is what helped me pass and graduate university (not making that up) I even got an award during graduation too :). I only wish we had more like it on radio as opposed to the recycled garbage.

I grew up in a Christian household, inevitably growing up, Sunday school was a significant part of my upbringing.
I remember some fun times up in Sunday school, but there are two things I was thought that would live with me forever from the experience.

Let's kick off with - Suicide

From an early age, we were thought suicide is wrong. It's one of the worse sins in the book (which makes no sense cos we were thought all sins are the same).
Suicide was supposedly spitting in Gods face for creating you. Only God has the power to take a life and he hates those who do that. Anyone who kills themselves goes and burns in hell. Under no circumstance should killing yourself cross your mind.
As a kid, words like that scare the crap outta you. Burn in hell?? God will hate you??

Today all we see in the news is suicide this suicide that. People killing their families and then theirselves. Recently we had the death of Gary Speed - Hung himself.

Tributes were said for the "legend" Gary Speed. F*ck outta here okay. Anyone who commits suicide automatically looses their legendary status. And what pissed me off the most people were all these damn tributes to the legend Speed.

One he was no legend! Ronaldo was/is a legend, Pele, Maradona legends. Gary Speed was an average player who was passionate about the game. Check this previous post

The guy was a selfish prick who hanged himself in his home which he shares with his WIFE & TWO KIDS. His wife was the one who found him hanged. Ain't this some sh*t. They got to move to s new house for starters. For the rest of their lives his kids would be labelled, their dad the "legend" Hung himself. I could go on n on....
I got nothing against Speed, I was a huge fan when he was in Leeds and Bolton as a player he was good, but I got no respect for the guy. Whatever the situation killing yourself is not the answer, and I'll defend that statement anywhere.

Moving on to -Masturbation

Just when we (my class) were old enough to start feeling something in our manhood; lil tingling sensation etc :-) lol. I was thought masturbation was the ultimate sin. In no way what so ever should you ever touch yourself. It's the work of the devil,God hates those who do that, you will go to hell, blah blah blah More harsh stuff was said literally puttting fear in us.

I'm a grown ass man with chest hair now and till this day I have never done it before. Only time I touch vaseline is for my lips or for a burn lol. I still have that fear which is crazy, cos I've done worse things but I just can't do it. On the other hand, now that I think about it, I seriously believe this fear is what made me develop my "game". Think about it, I can't touch myself right, so what can I do?
It's also the reason why I rarely ever watched/watch adult content.

I don't know how this stuck with me this whole time but as absurd as it sounds I'm sort of grateful I have these fears instilled in me and am sorry if I upset Garry Speed fans.

Your Friends or Your Girlfriend

If you have ever been in a relationship with a woman, you definitely know how it feels. It’s a feeling like no other in the sense that its awesome and miserable at the same time. Almost nothing seems as important to you as being with her. If you could, you would spend every free moment together with her. You would even miss important meetings with your friends just to see her.

Hey, they are your friends, they will understand if you ditch them from time-to-time for her. And who doesn’t, isn’t really friend anyway! Right?

Wrong! Dead wrong!

Should you ever start behaving this way, you will damage friendships with others and eventually ruin the relationship you have with your girlfriend. Let me explain.

Whenever you forgo activities you had planned with your buddies because of a woman, your relationship with them suffers. Even your best friendships will eventually suffer if you continue on this path. Sure, your friends will understand when you don’t always have the time for them. However, if you start to shut them out of your life completely, you will lose friends fast, even the best ones.

You wouldn’t believe how many guys I have seen in this exact situation. Imagine you are the guy in this situation who spends all of his time with only the girlfriend and with passing time, she slowly but surely becomes the only friend you got. Your buddies stop calling you because “Why bother? You would say no anyway!” This is the worst case scenario a man in a relationship can be in.

Because you interaction occurs with only this one “friend”, you will become dependent of her company. And believe me, at one point you would run out of conversation and get mega boring.

You always need to have her around and when she isn’t, frustration and desperation start to creep in. Whenever she is out with her friends (because she didn’t give them up like you did) you will become jealous. You will see every new male acquaintance as a threat and might even get jealous of her female friends. Like you can imagine, this is where everything starts to go downhill.

Sure, the one thing you could always do is to become friends with her acquaintances. But whatever you do, these people can’t replace your old friends. Even more, should you ever break up with your girlfriend, these new friends will always choose her over you. And when the day finally comes and you two break up (and it will come), you will have no friends at all.

Now you are in a really bad spot – you are all alone. Whenever you try to patch things up with your old buddies, you will notice that they don’t have much time for you anymore. If you put yourself into their shoes, it will become apparent why.

You were the guy who was always “busy” and didn’t have time for them and now when you are desperate, suddenly expect them to find the time for you again. Guess what? They moved on with their lives! They have learned to live their lives without you in it!

So what exactly am I trying to say here? That you should always choose your friends over the girl? Of course not! If you spend time only with your friends and rarely with your woman, you will definitely lose her. A woman needs attention and when she doesn’t get it from you, she will search it from someone else.

Moral of the Story is; find a balance between the two, so your relationships (with your friends and with your girl) won’t suffer. Don’t spend all of your time with your friends but also don’t give her all of your attention either. Find the time to go out with your buddies and the time to do something with your girl so everybody is happy. Remember, balance is the key to all long and healthy relationships.

If you are are already in a bad spot, believe me, don't try to rectify what is going on by ignoring your girlfriend and then foccusing a bit more on your friends. Both parties begin to hit you with "guilty conscience". Girlfriend would want her No.1 spot back and friends would want you back on the team,

You should break it down from the start, encourage you girlfriend to chill out with her friends, you don't want to be on to clinging on her all the time now do you. If anything at least it gives you time to jam with your friends. And you should make your friends get to know your girlfriend from the start. Bring her along for the odd drink up, or game nights, gigs. etc. And when you do, try something like start a conversation and slip out of it leaving her and your friends. Don't involve her too much, but involve her enough that, you can skip an important event with her to meet your friends, or vice - versa and they would understand.

once again; Find the time to go out with your buddies and the time to do something with your girl so everybody is happy. Remember, balance is the key to all long and healthy relationships. Pz!
